On call for doctor visit

What in doctor visit

a. If unable to travel and need help with an uber or ola or driving that will be done by us. My guy will not drive their vehicle- insurance issues

b. He will stay till seen by doctor and do necessary tests or anything else and then bring back

c. If needed he will collect/ arrange to buy meds and drop home

Hospital OPD visits

a. Go with parents- do the running around and bring back

Hospital admission regular hours.

a. Travel with parents to do admission settle in room and then provide relevant reports and come back

If emergency visits needed we will arrange ambulance- accompany to hospital - to the admission if required and then come back

a. If no admission then after end of treatment to arrange transport and bring back to home

When in hospital

a. Daily report of status daily or information about any treatments of doctor

b. Do anything needed including taking pic of reports of tests or notes and sending

c. Provide a summary of treatment going on from the nurses - if allowed by doctor

d. Chat to nurses if asked by children

Arrange for physiotherapy visits

a. We will provide a name and contact details of persons and you can choose

b. Schedule of physio time, person, duration, frequency as you want

c. Reports and photos of status and progress including liaising with concerns doctor

d. There will be a document checklist for this you can assess

Arrange dresser if needed at home

a. We will provide a name and contact details of persons and you can choose

b. Schedule of dressing time, person, duration, frequency as you want

c. Reports and photos of status and progress including liaising with concerns doctor

d. Whatsapp group chats between you dresser and doctor including further treatment plan

We will (if you ask) provide enough information for you to take a second opinion if needed, including suggestions of who to consult and how to.

Arrange ambulance

a. We will make sure you get the earliest possible response.

b. Our call center people will make calls with our vendor partners to expedite this.

b. Someone will be sent to your home to coordinate and expedite the process and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Arrange blood test at your home if ok

a. If required to visit as a lab then one person will accompany to pathology lab

b. He will for long needed and bring back to home

Arrange radiology test with diagnostic center

a.Our call center will call and fix appointments

b. If needed he will accompany to lab and then bring back when done

c. He collects reports later and messages soft copies. (Hard copy radiology will post at their cost)

Arrange nurse / attendant for overnight stay in home or hospital if needed

a.For this we will coordinate with partner vendor agency

Provide one point contact / person so that you won't have to make multiple futile phone calls

You will get options of a few people who before you settle with one if you wish

Feedback portal for rating for our team members so that they may be promoted /awarded.

Grievance redressal and reporting platform.

If disabled arrange for disabled support to the railway station or airport and return to home.

Education material related to specific diseases as and when requested.

a.These will have been approved by your doctor or paramedical personnel

We will arrange emergency blood unit including transport from other hospitals if needed

a.Maybe even donors if the need is very urgent. Providing replacement donors may be your responsibility

b. We already have liaisoning done with other hospital blood banks before hand)

Training in use of any specific equipment related to your illness as and when needed.

Dentist visits or recommendations

Assistance for Audiologist visit and prescription of hearing aids

Assistance for Optometrist visit and prescription of reading

Assistance with sourcing and shopping for health related equipment.

Group insurance for your parents if you like

a.Maybe even donors if the need is very urgent. Providing replacement donors may be your responsibility

Dedicated email service and phone/ whatsapp number including a call center to sort issues which will be manned 24/7

Issues with domestic violence specific to parents if ever.
